Overview We are looking for the next Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position. Pay 50k-82k based on license type and credentials + 6% uncapped commission on any sales. Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs to hearing aids, earmolds, and cleaning. Achieve practice growth with a strong focus on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical standards. Engage in local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships; represent HearingLife as an advocate for life-changing hearing care. Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories; understand third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets with the PCC and Manager to achieve clinic KPIs. Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio, including conducting hearing tests and educating patients on devices. Maintain continuing education requirements per state requirements. Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results; communicate test results and treatment options clearly to patients.
