Litigation Staffing Manager - Major National Firm

Our client, a major law firm, seeks an attorney or other legal professional for a mgmt-level, nonpracticing position. This is a nonbillable lifestyle position, preferably for attorneys or others with employment law experience.

This role sits at the intersection of legal operations and attorney staffing, with a focus on allocating attorneys across various labor & employment law matters, balancing workloads, and partnering closely with practice leadership to ensure matters are staffed appropriately based on skill set, capacity, and case complexity

These will afford you legal operations & mgmt experience, should you ultimately seek an in house operations or law department mgmt position.

This is a hybrid position (2 to 3 days in-office presence weekly).
