Production Line Operator $19.44 Per HourThis position is reserved for employees that are dedicated to step up from an entry level position on the manufacturing floor. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized fork lift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.Keep lines stocked with packaging materialsComplete appropriate paper related to the lines CCP's, production, packaging materialsBasic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipmentKnowledge of basic operation of equipment on the lineNotifies supervisor when line is down due to equipment/oil supply issuesReport to supervisor when equipment needs attentionReport/resolve any observed quality issues while operating lineProper start up, running and shut down of lineBasic Ammonia OperationKnowledge of process flow and ability to trace flow from source tank to filling processBasic Votator/Perfector operationBasic understanding of pumps, valves, filters, and heat exchangersQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentRelated Experience: Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentEquipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge - data entryAdditional InformationPhysical: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heightsSensory: Good Sight & HearingMental/Reasoning: Attention to DetailBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
