QUALIFICATIONS

Active California State Bar license (required) Minimum 5 years of experience in legal drafting and legal research Experience in real estate law, construction law, and/or landlord/tenant law, with a preference for California commercial real estate litigation Solid understanding of California civil procedure Proven ability to draft and argue motions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients effectively in court Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Real estate broker's license is a plus, but not required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
