Clinical Liaison (CL)

In this role, you will support staff who interface with patients and community members, helping shape a healthier future for the communities we serve. How You Will Contribute Build and maintain referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions. Assist and coordinate the intake and pre‑admission screening process. Perform on‑site clinical judgment to determine patient appropriateness for admission. Communicate rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families, and assess patient expectations. Secure information regarding patient resources and benefits. Serve as the initial contact for external case management and discharge planning personnel with payors and hospital facilities. Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. Qualifications Clinical licensure as an RN, PT, OT, SLP, or RRT and a bachelor’s degree. Previous marketing/sales experience preferred. Previous clinical experience with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems. Formal sales training preferred. Valid driver’s license.
