TEAM LEADER FABRICATION

Overview We are currently seeking a 3rd shift Team Leader for our Fabrication department in Alton, IL. Our Team Leaders perform the duties required to assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in directing and coordinating the production of complex plastic parts. 3rd shift position (11pm-7am). Starting at $32.00/hour and higher based on experience, plus $3/hour shift differential! Responsibilities Works from program operational data, setup instructions and drawings; ensures set-ups, procedures and packaging used is accurate and efficient; and operates numerically controlled machines or manual fabrication tools to machine or fabricate plastics parts Confers with next shift supervisor to share information about job progress, procedures, etc. to ensure continuous, efficient production from shift to shift Checks product to determine if the parts meet customer specifications, assists supervisor with sign-off on final inspections, researches quote vs. actual variance reports and reports results to supervisor Assists in reviewing and investigating machine shop department errors to determine Root Cause and Corrective Action Benefits Competitive benefit package (Group Health & Dental and Vision Insurance) 401(k) Plan with Company Match Short-term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Substantial paid holiday schedule Immediate time-off earnings Qualifications Education: Requires a high school education or GED Experience: Requires three years fabrication experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Cope Plastics
