District Manager, Dermatology - Washington, Oregon, Alaska

AbbVie seeks a District Manager for dermatology sales covering Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. This field-based role involves leading commercial teams to achieve sales targets, developing staff, and managing business execution across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field team activity to achieve sales targets and growth objectives within assigned territory
• Create, implement, and communicate district sales plans while monitoring progress
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance skills and performance
• Lead market analysis and develop franchise perspective using product and disease state knowledge
• Provide direction and insights to internal partners during business planning processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, business, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum four years pharmaceutical sales management experience
• Strong business analysis and sales planning capabilities
• Excellent judgment, decision-making, and performance management skills
• Ability to explain scientific and therapeutic aspects of treatments
• HCIR credentialing eligibility and compliance with healthcare industry standards
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
