Job Description- Ability to demonstrate leadership Quality at the client Place.- Work closely with various teams (Infrastructure, App development, Configuration Manager and Database) to achieve the milestone.- Leading applications strategy and integration engagements in a service oriented organization.- Co-ordinate with Offshore and onshore resources and manage their tasks and deliverable.- Interact with Project Managers and other external vendors to analyze and define scope of the projects and its deliverable.- Managing and providing oversight of all technical issues for the assigned work streams and/or Projects, performing technical reviews of all projects.Qualifications- Good experience & knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, JDBC and Application servers.- Excellent Communication Skills- PMP certification a huge plus.- Spanish knowledge a huge plus- Insurance industry experience a plus.Additional Information- "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines". - All candidates who are authorized to work in US are encouraged to apply. - Candidates must clear the Background check prior to commencing the assignment.
