Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an outpatient clinic setting in Carbondale, CO, working 4x10-hour shifts per week including Saturdays.

Job Details

• Outpatient clinic setting treating a variety of diagnoses focused on improving strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function,
• Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week; days will vary and include a Saturday,
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience required; 3-5 years preferred,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required; 3-5 years preferred,
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required,
• Active Colorado PT license (DORA) or Compact license valid for Colorado required; license required if applicable,
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required,
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions,
• DOB or SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, and education of patients and caregivers on home exercise programs,
• Position was created due to increased patient volume with a goal of reducing wait times,
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted,
• Colorado requires a CAPS background check, which may take up to two weeks to obtain,
