As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading restaurant operations, coaching team members, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly, safely, and successfully.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate team members throughout the shift

Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest

Coach and develop crew members through real-time feedback

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met

Monitor restaurant performance and drive results

Manage labor, productivity, and shift execution

Certified McDonald's Shift Manager (or equivalent leadership experience)

Strong communication and leadership skills
