Your Responsibilities
As a front desk professional, your primary mission is to provide outstanding service that ensures every patient feels valued and welcomed. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and seamless front-of-house experience by managing appointments, handling communications, and keeping the reception area professional and inviting.
Key Duties Include:
Managing Appointments
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently, minimizing wait times and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the system.
Administrative Support
Assist with essential administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and other office duties to support the team’s efficiency.
Handle insurance tasks, including verifying coverage, collecting and updating patient insurance information, and assisting with pre-authorizations and claims
Other Responsibilities as Needed
Adapt to the needs of the office and team by taking on additional duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
