A Snapshot of Your Day

As an AI Expert supporting Sales Operations, you will play a key role in accelerating Siemens Energy's digital transformation journey. You will identify, develop, and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and promote knowledge reuse across the organization. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Digital, Legal, and Operations stakeholders, you will transform data and expertise into reusable business assets. Your work will contribute directly to Siemens Energy's ORION ambition by enabling efficient, scalable, and sustainable business growth. Through a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation, you will help embed AI into revenue-critical processes and future service models.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design and implement AI solutions that optimize sales operations, reduce bid preparation effort, and improve proposal turnaround times.
• Develop AI-powered knowledge management, content reuse, and automation capabilities that enhance productivity and consistency across Sales Operations.
• Collaborate with InnovateX and NSM teams to integrate AI capabilities into new technologies, service offerings, and business models.
• Support commercial excellence through AI-enabled pricing analytics, proposal generation, opportunity assessment, and decision-support solutions.
• Establish AI governance, standards, and best practices to ensure responsible, secure, and scalable adoption across the organization.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering AI solutions within industrial, engineering, service, or commercial environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, and automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations, bid and proposal management processes, commercial excellence, pricing, and knowledge management.
• Proven ability to successfully scale AI initiatives from pilot phases into sustainable business operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across Sales, Engineering, Digital, Legal, and Operations teams.
