Job Title Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Night Shift) Location Pasadena, Texas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a freestanding emergency department setting with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio Perform IV starts, blood draws, moderate sedations, and splinting procedures Utilize bedside cardiac monitoring, defibrillator, Hamilton Vent, and other unit equipment Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR (transitioning to Meditech Expanse) Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary team members across day, mid, and night shifts Float to a secondary freestanding emergency department location as needed Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification NIHSS certification CPI certification Minimum 1 year of emergency room nursing experience Preferred Experience / Skills ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification Strong teamwork orientation and patient experience focus Why Join Us Work in a well-staffed, 22-bed freestanding emergency department with a supportive team environment No on-call requirements, with flexible weekend scheduling based on unit needs Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 772661.
