Southern Health Partners is launching a new correctional healthcare program at Worth County Jail, and we're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse MTA to help us build a strong, compassionate healthcare team from day one. What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse MTA, you'll provide essential healthcare services to patients within the secure correctional setting while working alongside the SHP healthcare team. Your responsibilities may include: providing direct patient care and nursing services, administering medications and treatments as ordered, completing assessments, documentation, and follow-up care, monitoring patient conditions and recognizing changes in health status, collaborating with medical providers and the healthcare team, responding to patient healthcare needs in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate medical records and documentation, supporting continuity of care within the correctional healthcare environment, helping establish efficient workflows and a strong culture of care as the new site launches.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Current CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, professional patient care
• Ability to work within a secure correctional environment
• Must be dependable and prepared to help support the launch of a new healthcare program
