Job Title RN / Registered Nurse, Home Health Case Manager Location Franklin (Coverage Area: Davidson/Williamson) Position Details Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday schedule, No remote position Salary $75,000 - $91,000, Bonus $10,000 Qualifications Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation. One (1) year experience as an RN. Required Certifications and Licenses Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation. Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role. Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured per state or organization requirements and in good working order, able to travel to all business locations.
