Job Summary The Visual Merchandising Specialist brings lululemon’s visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards to life. The role executes product presentation, styling, and in‑store marketing elements to optimize guest (customer) experiences and drives store sell‑through through product stories, placement strategies, and merchandising initiatives. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to deliver VM presentation and guest experience on the floor. Consistently implement brand standards in key product stories, placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation for a guest‑centric experience. Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive sell‑through. Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, seasonal and weekly merchandise changes, and company‑driven initiatives. Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end‑to‑end experience. Provide direct feedback and in‑the‑moment training on brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support ongoing learning. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive relationships with team members. Job Requirements Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation. Schedule / Availability Work schedule varies based on store needs. Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak periods or special events, early mornings or late nights/overnights may be required for some employees. Experience At least 1 year of retail or sales experience. Some education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning, or a related field. Job Assets (Nice to Have) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; training or degree in design or a related field. Retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management experience, including project or process management. Food safety and/or liquor service certification (for experiential stores with food/beverage service only). Work involves moving boxes, fixtures, and mannequins weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg), bending, reaching, stretching, and sometimes using ladders to reach materials or adjust presentation elements. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $24.00 – $27.61 per hour (subject to local minimum wage) Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.00 – $29.61 per hour lululemon’s compensation is based on a pay‑for‑performance philosophy.
