TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Phoenix, Arizona, 85006!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: Active BLS certification Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice Description: Candidates for this position should be experienced and willing to work in OrthoTrauma. Weekend and holiday requirements apply. Candidates may be required to float per facility guidelines. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off must be clearly outlined and cannot exceed seven days. No time off is allowed during the first week of assignment. Candidates should indicate all locations, shifts, and departments they are willing to work in. The more flexible candidates are, the faster an offer can be secured. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Candidates must possess life support certifications from an approved vendor. Travel experience is highly preferred. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. Profiles must include a cover page, resume detailing all facilities and experience, and a completed Med/Surg skills checklist from the last 12 months. Driver's license verification is also required.
