Job Description EchoPark Automotive is looking for an Assistant Recon Managerto join our team at our dealership in Henderson NV. The Assistant Recon Coach is responsible for delivering an outstanding employment experience - coaching, assisting, and supporting the reconditioning teammatesto perform their tasks to the best of their abilities. OurAssistant Recon Coach'spriority is to support their teams in delivering vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards. Our business model requires complete accounting of the internal and sublet repairs performed on the vehicles so proper RO management is a must. To build the brand, the Assistant Recon Coachchampions our business model and embodies the vision to be among the greatest retailers in the country. To manage the business, the Assistant Recon Coachis accountable for achieving the desired targets for volume, quality and time standards, guest satisfaction, profitability, market share, and brand identity. What You Will Do: Maintain stocking levels Provide inventory fulfillment to outlying stores Trigger and execute arbitration and transportation claims Manage wholesale units to include a weekly log for visibility Provide feedback and analysis to the purchasing team Deliver ongoing quality assurance for on-lot vehicles Reporting when needed and as appropriate What We're Looking For: Automotive industry experience Have a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Strong computer knowledge, including spreadsheets, word processing, dataentry, and inventory systems Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills required Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistently Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small Decision-making that demonstrates good judgment What We Offer: $65K-75k base salary plus monthly bonus potential Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K with company match Paid time off Access to leadership and personal development programs #J-18808-Ljbffr EchoPark Automotive
