Building Operations Manager

Pay Range: Targeted salary of $72,000 dependent on experience Benefits Eligible: Yes Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends) Travel: May be required Position Introduction The College of Dentistry seeks an experienced building manager to oversee construction projects, preventive maintenance and day-to-day operations of the facility. Required Education and Experience Bachelor degree 36 months minimum of experience in facility management or project management. Equivalency/Substitution Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months related experience. Required Certifications and Licenses Valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days from hire date.
