Paraprofessionals Needed
Pottstown School District is looking for paraprofessionals throughout the district.
Positions Available:
- Learning support assistants
- Emotional support assistants
- Autistic support 1:1 assistants
10 Month Position/187-day calendar
Benefit eligible (Medical, Vision, Dental, Prescriptions)
Eligible for $6,100/year in tuition reimbursement
ESY employment opportunities
Qualifications:
- Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 clearances required
- Physical and TB test must be presented prior to starting employment
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or at least two years of post-secondary education preferred
- PA Teaching Certification Highly Desirable
- May be asked to function in an instructional capacity or as a personal care assistant
