GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a travel job in Isle, Maine.

Specialty: CT (Computed Tomography)
Facility: AR Gould – Presque Isle, ME (89-bed teaching hospital)
Start Date: 6/22
Shift: 7A–7P (12-hour days)

Overview

• 1 CT room, 3 X-ray rooms
• ~25–30 patients/day
• Mix of ED, inpatient, and outpatient (mostly adult/geriatrics, some peds)
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans (ED, inpatient, outpatient)
• Occasional X-ray coverage (including OR/portables if needed)
• May float between CT, X-ray, and OR
• Assist with biopsies (training provided if needed)

Requirements

• 1+ year CT experience
• ARRT (R)(CT), BLS, Maine State License
• Experience with CTA studies & general CT
• IV skills required
• X-ray, OR/C-arm, and fluoro experience preferred (willing to train)

Schedule & Logistics

• Typically Mon–Fri; occasional weekends for coverage
• No call
• 1–1.5 week orientation
• 6-week schedule cycles

Department & Equipment

• 2 CT techs weekdays, 1 on weekends
• Cerner EMR, AGFA PACS
• Siemens & GE CT scanners
• Variety of X-ray/C-arm equipment

• Radiologist onsite until late afternoon, then remote
