Do you bring the experience and insight needed to keep complex, multi-site environments running smoothly while identifying smarter, more efficient ways to operate?CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Facilities Management Specialist to join our Operations & Facilities Team in Albany, NY; Syracuse, NY; Norwell, MA; Boston, MA; or Parsippany, NJ. In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing day-to-day operations across our office portfolio—supporting vendors, overseeing budgets and tracking systems, and contributing to high-impact initiatives that enhance how our workplace functions and evolves. While this position may be based in any of the locations listed above, regular travel to our Albany, NY office will be required.What You'll Do:Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate activities, including lease reviews, office buildouts, renovations, and budget trackingServe as a key point of contact for vendors, managing office equipment, furniture, and service relationshipsMaintain and enhance facilities policies, procedures, and operational documentationTrack and report on key facilities metrics, budgets, and operation performanceIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savingsSupport company-wide efforts such as M&A integration, sustainability programs, and facility-related initiativesWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities or commercial real estate portfolio management requiredExperience supporting capital projects or multi-site facilities operations environments requiredProven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and vendorsStrong planning, organization, and project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Autodesk CAD software for space planning and layouts strongly preferredKnowledge of budget planning and tracking strongly preferredExperience in the professional services industry is preferredGeneral knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and code compliance preferred with the ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documentsFamiliarity with scheduling or project tracking tools (i.e. Microsoft Project) preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Take ownership of high-visibility facilities operations that directly impact employee experience and workplace performancePartner with leadership on strategic initiatives, including growth and M&A integration effortsWork across a dynamic, multi-location portfolio with opportunities to influence process improvements and operational strategySalary Range:$85,000 - $95,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.Culture/EEO Statement:At CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
