Business Intelligence AnalystOhio City, Ohio, United StatesPosition: Business Intelligence AnalystWork Authorization: All Work AuthorizationsLocation: RemoteWhat will your day look like?The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst turns raw data into information by building reports and dashboards. The incumbent will work as part of a cross-functional scrum team, supporting data modeling and report/dashboard development. The BI Analyst is tasked with high complexity ad-hoc report/dashboard development that meets and, in many cases, exceeds existing and emerging reporting and analytical needs. General supervision is received from the Manager, Business Intelligence.Responsibilities:Do you see yourself doing this?Monitor historical and real-time performances of key metrics to detect and report anomaliesDevelop and modify reports, verify information integrity and design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/ graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to meet new information needsApply business analysis skills to complex business wants/needs and make recommendations for leading practice solutions, with consideration of associated business benefits, risks, cost and timescalesDerive actionable insights through critical analysis and data visualizationUnderstand the business stakeholders objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performanceCreate innovative and easy to understand visuals for reports to enable more effective consumption of dataBuild and execute data queries and views using SQLServe as Subject Matter Expert on BI tools and Alliant dataKnowledge share and train other analysts on best practicesAdhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies.
