Strategic Payroll Specialist - Multi-State

M.C. Dean is seeking a payroll professional to manage weekly payrolls for 9,000 employees across multiple states and entities. You will ensure accurate tax filings, garnishments, and timely payroll processing while providing excellent service to employees and internal customers. Responsibilities include coordinating with Finance and IT to improve payroll automation and accuracy, and supporting quarterly and annual tax reconciliations.
