Associate Director, Global Scientific Content

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director for Global Scientific Content to develop and manage scientific materials across multiple channels for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. The role combines content strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and medical affairs support within the company's MASH therapeutics focus.
Responsibilities
- Create, adapt, and distribute scientific content across digital and omnichannel platforms for healthcare professionals
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align content priorities and support launch readiness activities
- Verify scientific accuracy, compliance, and appropriateness of content materials across formats
- Support U.S. and global medical congress activities and external stakeholder engagement
- Travel up to 30% for conferences, corporate locations, and stakeholder meetings
Requirements
- Advanced degree in scientific or healthcare discipline (BSc, MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years headquarters and/or scientific content development experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific information for diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of US/EU healthcare systems and FDA/CE regulatory standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Veeva CRM, and virtual communication platforms
- Leadership capability to influence cross-functional teams through evidence-based approach
Compensation: $182,811 - $214,091 per year
