We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to take ownership of marketing initiatives, manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and use performance data to guide decisions. This person will play an important role in strengthening brand awareness, tracking marketing effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and support business growth.

Tasks and Duties:

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives from concept to completion, taking ownership of strategy, implementation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
• Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising, using analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
• Design marketing materials, presentations, digital graphics, and property promotions using tools such as Canva while maintaining consistent brand messaging
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, sponsorships, and client initiatives, tracking attendance, engagement, costs, and resulting business opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and other key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyze marketing data and trends to measure ROI, identify successful strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and budget allocation
• Oversee marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and external vendors, ensuring initiatives are completed efficiently and deliver measurable results
• Maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports, proactively identifying trends, testing new approaches, and turning insights into actionable strategies that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of marketing experience across social media, SEO/AEO, content, and communications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and evaluating campaign performance.
• Proficiency in Canva, email marketing, social media, and CRM systems; event experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, communication, and attention to detail, with initiative, accountability, and a desire to grow
