Senior Graphic Designer

Role Purpose We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer AI Creative & E-commerce to lead the creation of high-quality, conversion-focused visual assets across Amazon, website, packaging, and digital marketing channels. This role requires strong design capability combined with practical expertise in AI-powered creative tools such as OpenArt, Higgsfield, and similar platforms . The ideal candidate must be able to use AI as a serious production tool to improve speed, scale, and creative quality while maintaining strict standards for product accuracy, brand consistency, and marketplace compliance . This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute, optimise, and support a modern AI-first content workflow. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality visual assets for Amazon listings, A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, Brand Store, website, digital ads, packaging, and promotional materials Develop compelling lifestyle images,infographics, comparison charts, banners, and product presentation assets Use AI tools such as OpenArt, Higgsfield, and similar platforms to generate, enhance, refine, and scale creative outputs Write and improve prompts to support efficient AI-assisted content creation Combine AI-generated outputs with manual editing to achieve polished, commercially usable final designs Ensure all visuals are accurate, compliant, and aligned with approved brand standards Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver assets aligned with business priorities Maintain organised design files, prompts, templates, and reusable assets for easy retrieval and future use Stay updated on e-commerce design trends, Amazon best practices, and emerging AI creative tools Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in graphic design for e-commerce, digital retail, or consumer product businesses Strong portfolio showing product visuals, lifestyle creatives, infographics, marketplace content, and brand-aligned design work Hands-on experience with AI creative tools , especially OpenArt, Higgsfield, or similar image / video generation platforms Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator , and related design tools Good understanding of Amazon / marketplace content standards Strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and colour Good written and spoken English communication skills Strong time management, file organisation, and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Skills Experience with Amazon A+ / Premium A+ Content Experience in packaging design Experience in short-form video ad creation Exposure to 3D rendering / modelling Experience managing high-volume SKU or catalogue-based design requirements Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be commercially aware, highly organised, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setup. They must be capable of balancing creative thinking, AI-led execution, and practical business needs without compromising quality or compliance. AI-Based Design Execution Use AI tools such as OpenArt and Higgsfield to create and refine scalable creative assets. Product Accuracy & Compliance Ensure all visuals are accurate, realistic, and platform-compliant. Brand Consistency — Maintain consistent visual standards across listings, packaging, and promotional assets. Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver business-aligned designs. Asset & Workflow Management — Organise files, prompts, templates, and outputs for efficient reuse and control.
