What You'll DoAs an Infant Room Assistant Teacher, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of the infants in your care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the daily care of infants, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Supporting the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Building strong, positive relationships with infants, parents, and fellow team members.
- Monitoring and documenting the progress and well-being of each child.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with infants or young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Skills: A patient, nurturing, and compassionate approach to childcare, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment: A genuine passion for early childhood education and a dedication to creating a positive and enriching environment for infants.
