Sales Associate
$34k - $40kCountry Fair is seeking a friendly, reliable Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced convenience store environment. In this role, you'll greet customers, operate the register, handle fuel and in-store transactions, and assist with foodservice, merchandising, and store cleanliness. You'll help maintain stocked, organized shelves and a safe, welcoming store. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working flexible shifts. Country Fair offers hands-on retail experience, opportunities to grow into leadership, and a supportive, community-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Operate POS system, handle cash, and balance register accurately
- Assist customers with fuel and in-store product purchases
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products on shelves and coolers
- Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, and foodservice areas
- Follow food safety, age-restricted sales, and loss prevention procedures
- Monitor forecourt and report safety or maintenance issues
- Work collaboratively with team members and follow manager direction
- Support execution of promotions and in-store displays
- Adhere to all company policies and safety standards
