Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager, RN
Canton/Woburn area
Compensation: $120,000–$125,000 per year , based on experience

Guide a dedicated hospice team in delivering exceptional, compassionate care to patients and families. As Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll oversee clinical operations, support and develop staff, and help ensure care meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in line with state and federal regulations

• Lead and supervise the clinical team, including nurses, aides, and social workers

• Review patient care plans to help ensure services are appropriate and high quality

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff training and development

• Support quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in hospice care

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field required; master’s degree preferred

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• At least three years of hospice or palliative care experience, including one year in a supervisory or management role

• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team
