DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in insurance defense to join our dynamic legal team in Saratoga Springs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex cases independently.Responsibilities:• Manage all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.• Represent clients in high-stakes matters such as insurance defense, environmental disputes, and commercial litigation.• Prepare for and appear in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.• Develop and implement effective legal strategies while maintaining clear and precise communication with clients and insurance carriers.• Conduct thorough analyses of intricate legal and factual issues to provide sound advice and representation.• Oversee a diverse caseload autonomously while leveraging the expertise and support of a collaborative team.• Stay informed about legal developments and trends in insurance defense and related practice areas.• Utilize legal research tools and technology to enhance case preparation and execution.Requirements• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.• Active admission to the New York State Bar.• A minimum of 6-10 years of litigation experience.• Proven expertise in legal research, writing, and case analysis.• Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach.• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in using legal research platforms and technology tools.Job typePerm
