A recruiter will be in touch when possible.Job ResponsibilitiesUsing your expertise in program/project management, you will be assisting a higher-level program manager in directing the training project lifecycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long- and short-range goals and milestones, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:Identify, acquire, and utilize resources to achieve project technical objectivesDirect a project team monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedulesMay, on occasion, interface with external customers as well as top management for the purpose of communicating status of project throughout lifecycleMay supervise direct reportsTrain and direct employee work activitiesSign timecards, prepare performance reviews, handle discipline problems, and provide input to hiring and firing as directedOther duties as assignedQualificationsYou must meet the minimum requirements:Active Secret clearanceBA/BS Degree or equivalent experience5 years of experience as a Program Manager5 years of USAF MAJCOM experienceWorking knowledge of concepts and doctrine of Air Force Readiness and pre-deployment training programsYou will be working in Universal City, TX.
