You will be responsible for ensuring the health, appearance, and longevity of turf areas for commercial and residential properties. You oversee the efficiency and quality of work to maintain our client’s green spaces in peak condition. This position requires a hands‑on approach to turf maintenance, while providing guidance and direction to the crew. Key Responsibilities Lead & Supervise the Turf Maintenance Crew – Assign tasks, ensure productivity, and maintain a safe work environment. Perform hands‑on maintenance work – Mow, edge, string trim, and fertilize lawns to maintain optimal turf health. Assist team in identifying and treating turf diseases, pests, and weeds using appropriate methods. Assist in seasonal turf care activities – such as cleanups, mulching, and debris removal. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment – including mowers, trimmers, string trimmers, and blowers. Communicate with clients & leadership – Provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and engage opportunities to upsell customers on relevant services. Manage daily schedules & job sites – Plan routes, track progress, and resolve on‑site challenges. Ensure compliance with safety standards – Promote a culture of safety and enforce company policies. Display reliable, responsible, and dependable behavior. Perform other duties as assigned.
