Role Overview We are hiring talented Full Time CRNA's at one of our outstanding anesthesia practices located in beautiful Alexandria, Virginia, Inova Mount Vernon Hospital. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced CRNA who enjoys doing regional blocks and bread-and-butter cases, this is a career opportunity you do not want to miss! We offer the best hands-on regional training with exposure to high-volume regional block cases in the Northern Virginia area. Cases include General, Endo, GI, Gyn, Orthopedics, Major Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, acute pain management (no chronic pain). No OB, trauma, heads, or hearts. Our physicians and CRNAs work together in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix. NorthStar provides our teammates with a competitive compensation and benefit package along with supportive and engaged clinical leadership team. No call is required. We are currently looking for candidates who are interested in working longer shifts, 10-hour and 12-hour shifts. No call, no weekends and no holidays. We offer a healthy work-life balance near one of the best cities in the world. Compensation Base salary: $218k – $250k (based on years of experience). Sign-on bonus: $90k. PTO: 7 weeks.
