CRNAs practice within a collaborative anesthesia model at a 170-bed community hospital, providing a strong mix of clinical variety without the pace of a major trauma or academic center.Schedule and Compensation$200/hour base and PRN rateEarn up to $215/hour through VRAA's annual-hours incentive program8- and 10-hour shiftsOvertime opportunities availablePaid callback hoursWeekday call: $600 per shiftWeekend call: $1,000 per shiftFree shared housing availableAnnual Hours IncentiveFull-time CRNAs can increase their hourly rate based on the number of qualifying hours worked during their 12-month service year:1,980+ hours/year: +$15/hour — $215/hour total1,755–1,979 hours/year: +$10/hour — $210/hour total1,170–1,754 hours/year: +$5/hour — $205/hour totalQualifying hours include OR hours, overtime, and callback hours, giving CRNAs flexibility in how they build their annual commitment rather than requiring a specific number of shifts every week.Hourly incentives are paid monthly.
