Responsibilities Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 2+ years of experience in object-oriented (OO) languages, with a significant focus on Python Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance Ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code Experience in the development of unit, integration, and system tests to ensure software quality Experiencing in the development of microservices and RESTful APIs Knowledge of how to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews Ability to work in office full time Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance Willingness to be submitted for and ability to obtain Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph Preferred Qualifications Experience with a modern cloud provider such as AWS or Azure as well as understanding of standalone Kubernetes deployments Experience with Source Control tools (e.g. Git, Gitlab) Experience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum software development methodology including using tools like Git, Jira and Confluence IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP) Active TS/SCI with a Counter Intelligence (CI) or recent Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP) U.S. Government Security Clearance Location King of Prussia, PA Situated less than an hour outside of Philadelphia and hosting the largest mall on the east coast, King of Prussia offers the urban feel sought in the city, while also giving opportunities to experience the beauty and history found only in Pennsylvania.
