Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active or eligible Oregon SLP license (CCC strongly preferred; CFY welcome to apply)
  • Experience in pediatrics, school-based therapy, or healthcare settings
  • Competence with teletherapy tools and platforms is a plus
  • Skilled in evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
  • SLPA experience a valuable asset

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in diverse student populations
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans, adapting as needed for classroom and virtual settings
  • Participate in IEP processes, documenting progress and communicating goals effectively
  • Support and mentor SLPA staff as needed
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create positive learning environments
