Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years as a State Farm team member, and I’ve been in the insurance world since I was 16 years old. That lifelong experience gives me a deep understanding of the business and a strong appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, supportive office. I’ve been married for almost 20 years and have two boys. We’re also a military family, so commitment, teamwork, and resilience are values that are very important to me and shape the way I lead the agency. Our team members earn PTO monthly, with up to 15 days available, and have access to top-producer bonuses, as well as weekly and monthly prizes based on performance. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
