Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-energy casual dining restaurant. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers a welcoming, consistent guest experience.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus the opportunity to work approximately three tipped shifts per week, allowing you to stay connected to the guest experience while increasing your earning potential.

Compensation

Additional income from ~ 2-3 tipped shifts weekly (server/bartender)

Key Responsibilities

Lead all daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality and efficiency

Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong front-of-house and back-of-house team

Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor and service levels

Drive sales through local marketing, events, and community engagement

Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner

Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls (food, beverage, and labor)

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with high accountability

Floor Leadership & Tipped Shifts

Work approximately 3 shifts per week in a tipped role (server or bartender)

Lead from the floor during peak hours—setting the tone for service and energy

Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and build repeat business

Support the team in real time to ensure smooth, efficient service

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant (GM or AGM preferred)

Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style

Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs effectively

Excellent communication and team development skills

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
