Program Manager III

Immediate need for a talented Program Manager III. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain annual audit-readiness workplans. Coordinate regulatory, quality, internal, and mock audit activities. Manage audit calendars, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate audit preparation meetings and practice sessions. Coordinate audit logistics, including meeting rooms and command-center setup. Manage attendee lists, schedules, and audit-day support. Maintain remediation action-plan trackers and monitor corrective-action progress. Track compliance issues and associated corrective actions. Inventory and maintain operational reports and dashboards. Review new state and federal regulatory requirements and coordinate implementation. Support vendor corrective-action plans and monitor delegated commitments. Maintain annual training inventories and schedules. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5+ years of project management experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Regulatory and/or compliance experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree. PMP certification strongly preferred.
