Pay Plan Highlights

• 4.75% of RO parts & labor sales (CSI below zone)
• 5.25% (CSI above zone)
• 5.5% (Top 10% CSI performance)

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and write repair orders
• Recommend maintenance and repair services
• Communicate with technicians and parts departments
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Manage multiple repair orders efficiently
• Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• Service Advisor, Service Writer, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Organized and dependable work style
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
