As the Production Technician Associate III, you will be accountable for site-level logistics execution, including maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring material readiness, and supporting audit activities. This role also involves setting daily priorities, coordinating team workflows, resolving complex inventory or process issues, and driving process improvements to enhance overall operational performance.What you'll do on a typical day:Receive, move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials for shipment to support daily data center logistics operationsSafely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in accordance with training and safety guidelinesFollow established procedures and work instructions, completing tasks based on priorities set by a lead or supervisorAccurately record inventory movements in systems and promptly escalate discrepancies or issues for resolutionContinuously learn and apply data center logistics processes, tools, and safety expectations in daily tasksWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:2 years of relevant experienceA high degree of technical skills and assembling techniquesDemonstrated ability to read, understand and follow job orders and work proceduresIt'd be great if you also have:High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience4 years of experience and proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environmentAvailability to travel more than 75% of the timeGood communication skillsProven ability to collaborate with and support other team membersAbility to be engaged and productive while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and expectationsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentThis job requires the ability to:Lift up to 50 lbs.Work outside on occasionReach (including above your head)Safely walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelVisually adjust focus, have depth perception and close vision capabilitiesWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
