Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Crown Point, Indiana.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role serving patients across the lifespan
• Predictable weekday schedule supporting provider balance and long-term stability
• Collaborative clinical environment with strong administrative support allowing focus on patient care
• Mission-driven healthcare organization serving diverse community populations
• Northwest Indiana location offering suburban living with access to Chicago and regional amenities

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $230,000 - $270,000
• HRSA student loan repayment eligible site
• Relocation assistance available case by case

SCHEDULE
• Predictable weekday outpatient schedule
• Outpatient-only clinical setting
• Approximately 2-3 patients per hour

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
• Manage preventative care, chronic conditions, and acute visits
• Collaborate within team-based care environment to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient management workflows
• Support mission-focused healthcare delivery within diverse community populations

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work within collaborative team-based care environment REQUIRED
• Commitment to serving diverse community populations REQUIRED
• Experienced physicians and strong new graduates considered
