Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical condition and functional abilities to establish baselines for therapy.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address the individual goals and requirements of each patient, aligning with their recovery trajectory.
• Utilize hands-on treatment techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to facilitate pain relief, improve mobility, and restore function.
• Instruct patients on proper body mechanics, postural alignment, and prevention strategies to help avoid future injuries.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and sports medicine specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of treatment interventions, patient responses, and overall progress to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and spinal injuries, among other ailments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in delivering comprehensive physical therapy services across various conditions is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
