Work Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday

We are the largest dental support organization in the country, offering non-clinical administrative assistance to over 3,000 dental professionals across 39 states and the District of Columbia, with more than 1,900 dental practices. Each office we support is tailored to the local community and the patients they serve. Our supported dentists lead their practices with full clinical autonomy and develop their own care philosophies. All professionals within our network share a unified mission: to provide exceptional dental care and outstanding patient experiences.

In certain states, including CT, MD, NC, NV, and WA, hygienists work for a supported professional corporation and are not directly employed by our organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health.
• Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
