What You'll Need
- Physical ability and willingness to climb towers while following all required safety procedures.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with respect and courtesy toward teammates and customers.
- Basic familiarity with personal computers and routers.
- Willingness to take part in rotational on-call coverage.
- Construction or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
