Customer Operations SpecialistAre you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about ensuring a seamless customer experience? We're seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to support a high-impact customer account and ERP migration project. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage customer data, and communicate directly with customers to help drive a successful business transformation initiative.This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to customer operations, data management, and ERP systems while making a meaningful impact on both customer satisfaction and business operations.What You'll DoAs a Customer Operations Specialist, you will:Review, validate, and update customer account information to ensure data accuracy.Support customer account migration and ERP transition activities.Communicate important project updates, FAQs, and process changes to customers.Conduct customer outreach through phone and email communications.Execute and track large-scale customer communication campaigns.Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure accurate customer account setup.Research, identify, and resolve data discrepancies.Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the migration process.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, customer operations, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and updating large datasets.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
