Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Document patrol observations, incidents, and security‑related concerns accurately and promptly using required reporting tools. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
