Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, case notes) per company policy. Maintain a caseload of 15 client sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training. Required Qualifications and Skills Master's degree in social work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited college or university. Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland. Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Creative and innovative approaches to mental health. Experience with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience with couples and families. General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Compensation and Benefits Straightforward salary compensation package.
