Retail Hardware Supervisor

Responsibilities Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. Manage sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (shift manager, assistant manager, or store manager). Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand or walk for up to 8 hours during a shift. Strong leadership and customer service skills.
